Up Next feature bug; Lyrics missing

I just installed iOS 10.0.1 an am now having difficulty with the Up Next feature in the Music app. In all of the research that I've done, there should be handle bars on the songs so that I can change the order of the music in the Up Next Queue. I have none.

In addition, I can only add full albums to the Up Next queue as I don't have the ellipsis button by the songs any more.

Also, there should be lyrics on new songs, right? Not so much for me. . .

What do I need to do?

iPhone 6, iOS 10

If you do not have Apple music then you will not be able to get the lyrics feature.
